Hi and welcome to Rexotic Cattery.  My name is Carol King.  Rexotic is a very small cattery located in a quiet and peaceful setting in the Berowra District, just north of Sydney. 

As a child I always wanted a monkey for a pet.  As this is not legal here in Australia, I have now happily settled for a Devon Rex.  Anyone who owns one will tell you there is very little difference.  I acquired my first Devon Rex, "Mr Moon" on the 14th June 2000.  Ever since I have wanted to share my experiences.

All my kittens are house reared and trained in my home in a very loving environment.  I breed them for indoor companions.  Devons are allergy friendly, loving and affectionate and their cheeky, impish antics never tire to amuse.  Our goal is to produce well socialized, happy and healthy kittens and take pride in our efforts to provide and excellent backup support service for all our newly adopted families.

Our sincere thank you to Shirley Willett for all her advice, assurances and help, she has so effortlessly given from her 25 years experience in breeding and showing and who instigated a rescue mission for our cats in November 2001 when we were both suddenly hospitalised.  A big THANK YOU Shirley.
